*Planning estimates for the example floor areas shown. Garage sizes vary; final pricing is confirmed after measurement and concrete inspection. Additional floor area changes the estimate.

Extra charges: significant cracks, damaged concrete or other additional repair needs, and extra travel for distant jobs are quoted separately. Steps and sidewalls are excluded. We discuss the work and any additional charges in your written estimate before installation.

Installation is scheduled around suitable concrete, site and weather conditions.

Why we start with diamond grinding

The bond begins at the concrete. We diamond grind before applying our primer to prepare the surface for the coating system. We also review existing coatings, visible damage, edges and repair needs. Preparation is part of the written scope, rather than a detail left until installation day.

Three applied coats, each with a job

First comes the epoxy primer on prepared concrete. Next, the epoxy body coat receives your chosen decorative flake blend. A clear protective coat completes the system. The products, preparation, appearance and installation conditions are confirmed for your floor. Visit the interactive model on our home page to see how these coats fit together.

Color choices before the installation

A flake blend can connect the garage to your home’s trim, cabinets or vehicles. Our photo preview lets you compare combinations in your own space. Screen colors and lighting affect the appearance, so a physical sample and the final material selection are confirmed before work begins.

Weather, concrete and the installation schedule

Air and concrete temperatures, moisture conditions and the coating system’s requirements influence when work can proceed. Toledo winters can limit garage coating work. Send your project now to discuss a suitable-weather installation; a start date and return-to-use instructions are confirmed for the actual system and site.

What to send for a free estimate

Text a wide photo from the garage entrance, a second angle, approximate dimensions and your city or ZIP code. Include close photos of damaged areas or an existing coating. Tell us whether the garage is heated and how you use it. Photos start the conversation; a site review may be needed to settle preparation and pricing.

Useful answers

Is a primer included?

Yes. Our described three-coat approach includes an epoxy primer before the epoxy-and-flake coat and the clear protective coat.

Do you coat garages in winter?

Only when site conditions and the selected system allow it. We review air and concrete conditions before confirming a schedule.

How much will my garage cost?

Our garage floor planning rate is $5 per square foot. The package examples show specific floor areas. Final pricing follows measurement and concrete inspection; additional repairs and distant travel cost extra, while steps and sidewalls are excluded. We provide a free written estimate for the actual project.
