This guarantee is for the original customer, for as long as that customer owns the home where we performed the installation.
What it covers
Damage to our tile or epoxy installation caused by our installation errors.
What it excludes
Accidental impact damage and misuse, such as tile cracked by a dropped heavy object or an impact. Damage must result from our installation error to fall within this guarantee.
