The surface underneath matters

A tile floor starts with the condition of the existing floor and a suitable installation plan. We review the current surface, any removal, visible damage, preparation needs and changes in height. The estimate explains the work proposed for your room before installation begins.

Layout extends beyond the center of the room

Doorways, the vanity, fixtures and transitions affect what you see every day. We consider starting points, visible cuts, pattern direction and how the tile meets adjoining floors. These choices are discussed together, so the finished layout is intentional.

Choose tile for the actual location

A tile’s appearance is only part of the decision. We review the selected product’s intended applications for the room, along with size, finish and maintenance considerations. A wall tile is not automatically a floor tile, and a bathroom floor selection is not automatically suitable for a shower floor.

Compare the look in your own photo
